The Hilton Nouméa La Promenade Residences is a hotel located in Nouméa. It is ideally located close to Anse Vata beach, cafés and bus links to the city center. The Aquarium des Lagons is just a kilometer away, and the Henry Milliard Hippodrome, home to horse racing and golf, is just a short drive away. The Amédée lighthouse can also be reached in five kilometers. The rental apartments are equipped to enable guests to prepare their own meals. We chose the Nouvata Hotel in Numea mainly because we quite liked the look of the pool area, but once we got there, we were told the pool was going to be under maintenance for our whole stay of 7 nights.
We received no communications about any of this prior to our arrival and got no official apology or any sort of a discount. We requested free breakfast since that meant they didn't have to give any money back to us, but this was completely ignored.
