Christelle and Mathieu Zoeller are the ^11th generation of winegrowers who have been looking after this estate for 4 centuries. They manage their 11.5 hectares of vines, including 4 hectares located on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, in organic agriculture. Their wines are fruity and rich, their late harvests and their selections of noble grains make superb wines to keep. The Zoeller family welcomes you for a tasting, a visit of their domain or for the winegrower's picnic. And then there is the superb cellar with its impressive vaulted ceiling!

Bruno Schloegel manages with brio this renowned 10 ha estate spread over 6 terroirs all located in the two hills of the village of Wolxheim. This enlightened winegrower is very concerned about the balance between vines, wildlife and wild flora and fauna in order to allow the vine to find its place in a living environment. The estate is very proud of the ophrys that invite themselves in the middle of its muscat plantations. Vines woven into liana for healthy, ripe grapes, picked and placed whole in the press. Minimalist vinification: spontaneous fermentation, the only input being sulphites. The aim is to preserve the precision and personality of the wines obtained. Alsace wines which are, in the words of Bruno Schloegel, "free, wild and organic"! In the tasting room, you can taste with pleasure the Riesling Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, the Pinot Gris Horn, the Pinot Noir Barriques, or the Crémant Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature.

In Wolxheim, this family wine estate with strong environmental convictions cultivates its vines with respect for tradition and the soil. It keeps a method of manual harvest, associated with a modern technique of wine making, to elaborate its range of wines around the 7 Alsatian grape varieties. To spend your vacations in this very pretty corner of Alsace, the family also proposes a rural lodging of a capacity of 6 people.

Certified HVE since March 2020, this 10-hectare estate is located in the districts of Wolxheim, Avolsheim and Molsheim. Winegrowers from father to son for many generations, the Goetz family is now represented by Mathieu and Louis, who joined the family business in 2009. The domain benefits from plots of land on beautiful soils, especially on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim. Mathieu and Louis produce fruity and well-structured wines. We love the Pinot Noir Cuvée Louis, aged in barrels, with superb notes of aniseed cherry.

The wine origins of the Scharsch family date back to 1755, 8 generations to date. Today, the estate covers some 12 hectares, which are run in organic viticulture (since 2009) without any fertilizers, weed killers or chemical treatment products. Situated in the heart of the vineyards of the famous Couronne d'Or, its 35 plots are spread over a wide variety of soils and exposures, including the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim. Now at the head of the family estate, Nicolas Scharsch was elected Winemaker of the Year by the Guide Hachette des Vins 2019. A fine consecration for this enthusiast of "green" viticulture, which consists of producing less... but better! In addition to Sylvan'Air 2018, a lovely, slender and airy natural wine (without added sulphur and filtering), Nicolas Scharsch introduces you to some very fine vintages, notably the Pinot Gris Cuvée Noé 2017 (rated 90/100 Gilbert & Gaillard 2020), the Riesling Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim Vendanges Tardives 2015 (Coup de Coeur** Guide Hachette des Vins 2020), or "Les Petits Grains - Pinot Noir" 2018 (fruity, slightly spicy and woody). So many fine wines to savour during a richly commented tasting!

Here's a lovely, independent, organic estate. For three generations, the Dischlers have been cultivating the 7 Alsatian grape varieties (sylvaner, riesling, pinots auxerrois, blanc, gris, noir, muscat and gewurztraminer) and perpetuating their love of wine. Today, André and his wife Nathalie manage the 9.5 hectares of vines (18 parcels in all, some of which are located in Rothstein, Carrières Royales and Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim). Gîte (4-6 people) awarded 3 keys and Bacchus label by Clévacances.

Certified organic in 2013 and Demeter in 2020, this 18 ha estate was created in the 1970s by Laurent Vogt. Thomas and his wife Sylvie are now at the head of the estate, which produces racy wines of excellent quality. they are declined in six ranges: Cépages (gouleyant L'Estival from a maceration of Pinot Gris), Terroirs (excellent Pinot Noir Lieu Dit Oberstupf), Vendanges Tardives, Créations (surprising natural wine Argentoratorum), Perles Rares (special vintage dedicated to the three children of the wine growers), Crémants d'Alsace (Brut, Chardonnay, Rosé).
