INLE HERITAGE

The Inle Heritage is a must-see stop on the lake. The place is managed by an NGO. At the same time monastery, luxurious hotel with splendid rooms on stilts, refuge of about forty Burmese cats, and of course: restaurant. One of the most beautiful tables of Inle. We visit the vegetable garden which garnishes the dishes. Here, the service is worthy of a star and the dishes make the taste buds waltz on all sides! And for good reason, it is also a hotel school. Although a little more expensive than elsewhere, the bill is still quite correct for the quality of the plates.
