In the vibrant and cosmopolitan district of Dagon, as its name clearly indicates, Shan Kitchen cooks shan. Following the trend of small restaurants: fresh and local products to perfume their delicious Shan noodles, an adorable staff and a nice interior. Upstairs, we travel to the other end of the country, in Shan State. Very low tables and cushions: here we eat on the floor, as tradition dictates. And the journey continues on the plate, as the flavours are felt under the palate!
