In the very nice district of Sanchaung in the west of Yangon, we opt for the Jing Hpaw Myay on Kyun Taw road. Here, we come to taste the kachin cuisine, a northeastern state famous for a cuisine full of flavors. In this local address, a bunch of small plates on the table, to taste everything. Presented on beautiful banana leaves, soy rice, bamboo shoot salad, mushroom omelette, grilled fish or beef with chilli pepper. This little boui-bouti is one of the best places to eat Kachin in Yangon.
