Service
We were very happy. The organised tour was perfect from beginning to end. A preparation and a perfect followed by live emails and chat with the director of the agency through their website. Clear quotation and accurate which was scrupulously respected. The pick-up, the organisation, the local guide trilingual French-English- Burmese, were truly quality and consistent throughout points with what had been agreed. The most complete agency by far we found for in Burma.

Tout était extrêmement bien préparé, le circuit millimétré (nous n'avions pas beaucoup de temps pour voir les sites principaux : Bagan, Mandalay, Inlé...). Aucun problème avec les vols intérieurs, chauffeurs toujours à l'heure (voire en avance) et d'une très grande gentillesse, les hôtels choisis impeccables, bien placés, d'un excellent qualité-prix.
Patrick nous a accueilli à l'aéroport avec tous les papiers nécessaires, toutes les explications, l'itinéraire du circuit actualisé et joliment imprimé (dans le domaine petit plus). Tout a été parfaitement conforme.
Je ne peux que conseiller cette agence si vous voulez un voyage où tout se déroule parfaitement bien, agence qui connait excellemment bien son affaire et est d'un grand professionnalisme. Un grand merci à Patrick mais aussi à tous les chauffeurs plus gentils les uns que les autres.
