Travel Guide Toumlane

Ban Toumlane, located on Route 23, 48 km north of Saravane, is the capital of the district of the same name. This village is known for its traditional dwellings typical of the region, long wooden huts, and especially for its legendary mountains: Phou Hong, which has the shape of a long hut and Phou Kao, evoking a woman's bun. It is populated by the following ethnic minorities: Lao Loum, Katang and Tahoy. Possibility to stay in the government guesthouse.
