6 km northeast of Luang Namtha. It is a Lao Huay (or Lanten) village whose name means "pure water" or "good water". From December to March, the villagers work the bamboo to make paper, it is an opportunity to see how they do. During this season, you will have the opportunity to see baskets immersed in water. These baskets contain bamboo pulp which, after being spread and dried in the sun on cotton sheets, will be used to make paper sheets. Behind the village is the Nam Dee waterfall. There is a stall with local handicrafts and a picnic area.
