The National Museum of Laos is essentially devoted to the evolution of the history of the country. The rooms of this imposing building dating from the 1920s present successively different periods, from prehistory to national independence. Without forgetting the ethnic groups, period of struggle for the Pathet Lao. You can admire various objects: rice baskets, weapons, medicines, musical instruments... Don't be surprised that the Americans are described as "imperialists". An interesting visit.
