The staff at the tourist office is unfortunately not very efficient, but you can find various maps and leaflets there. Laos bets on its natural sites to praise the merits of the country, moreover the slogan is as follows: "Laos, simply beautiful". The official website is very complete. It provides information on the various sites of the country, the multiple points of interest, and eco-tourism activities.

Contrairement à l'avis du Petit Futé, nous avons reçu un bon accueil dans un anglais correct (mais les informations demandées étaient basiques, peut être que face à des questions plus pointues les difficultés de communication seraient apparues).

Des prospectus et cartes à disposition, dont une carte regroupant le plan du centre-ville des principales villes touristiques.

Des panneaux explicatifs sur chaque région bien faits. Toilettes, WIFI et journaux disponibles sur place.
