This small guesthouse is well located, close to the Mekong River. The rooms spread over three floors (without lift) are not very spacious but suitable. However, most of them do not have a window to the outside, but to the hallway. Several dormitories, with 4, 6 and 8 beds, offer the cheapest beds in the city centre. The comfort is basic but the rooms and dormitories are clean. Good welcome, the staff speaks English.

I confirm: it is often full. Also sells bus ticket, laundry has the kilo 10000 kip. Locate near the night market. Mini-market has 5 min. Often not even confused with the mixay paradise can easily spot a 5-10 minute which is a little more expensive (and N does not have the same public)
