VIENTIANE YOGA STUDIO

Located in a quiet little street, Vientiane Yoga Studio is a place dedicated to yoga which opened at the end of 2007. Intensive Hatha yoga classes or softs and Zen meditation classes for beginners and advanced students taught by Toshi, Jessica Baker and Nanci Traynor, three certified teachers. The studio is equipped with mattresses, straps, changing room with lockers (free of charge), separate bathroom with shower. Parking is also available. Possibility to go there directly for a class (arrive 20 min before), timetables on the website. Private lessons by appointment.
