The large Az-Zouhrah village, 65 km from Az-Zaydiyah, is served by a very bad road, left of the main road after the Mouhr wadi. The inner walls of the huts are decorated by the women of coloured plates and naive paintings. Rectangular or conical huts are made of a structure of long branches planted in the soil and linked to the summit. Other frieze are interlaced to ensure the solidity of the whole. The whole is covered with long strings of ropes falling down to the bottom of the hut. From inside, the frame is lined with terre, smoothed and bleached earth mortar, and soil is cemented or covered with stones. The huts, 6 or 7 metres high, do not contain windows. Each group of family huts overlooks a courtyard that is a reception area. The entire village is surrounded by thorny frieze, taking place as a defensive place.
