This small pension, also known as "Gabriel's house", was named after an Italian architect who completely renovated it with a lot of character. It is adorable and warm, the best address for small budgets. The largest rooms, with private bathroom, are air-conditioned, while the economic ones have a fan and a common bathroom. Nice little swimming pool to cool off during the day in the pretty inner courtyard. A roof terrace is available for breakfast in the sun. Bicycle rental.

We had a really great stay at Casa do Gabriel. Very reasonably priced, nice breakfast included on the rooftop terrace, good rooms, and nice staff. The pool was nice, but small and needed a bit of cleaning, and the AC wasn't the best, but I would recommend staying here during your visit to Ilha.

Sem dúvidas a Casa do Gabriel foi um lugar muito bom, quartos amplos, privacidade, piscina e lugar muito bonito e agradável, excelente serviço, as pessoas que trabalham aí são muito respeitosos e esclarecem as dúvidas. Tem óptima localização e um peço muito, muito bom.
