Been there in 2021 ans went back for 10 days in 2022. One main problem…The air conditioners are now fitted with some sort of a timer that restricts the operation to about a minute or two and the aircon switches off for 10 minutes . Its was really annoying with the heat at 36 degrees

Nice for relaxing. It has a beautiful garden with a nice pool. The rooms are confortable and you can have your own house with kitchen and bathroom. People are very kind and ready to meet all your needs

It pains me to have to drop the star rating, this doesnt take away the experience gained and the lovely views. What gives a lwow rating is the bedroom cupboards had rat holes in them. The curtains were are see through at night, explains random men walking around. The staff were always available and helpful but the place has a self catering vibe and the market is a stone throw away. I encourage you to visit the local restaurants and fresh fish available to grill. The lagoon is beautiful and the water activities are plenty. Besides the minor issues, I'm definitely returning, esp after gaining a nickname amongst the locals... Papito.
I'd want to add that the place is queer friendly but sometimes you have to remind yourself that this is Africa and we are not at that turn where the world is ready for us, so gurd your loins and do best.
