GARE DE TRAIN

It is theoretically possible to go from Maputo to Johannesburg by train - or to come from there - by changing train companies at the border: the CFM from Maputo to Ressano Garcia, the Komati Line to Komatipoort, which goes to Johannesburg. In theory, the CFM train even reaches Komatipoort after Ressano Garcia. In reality, the schedules do not match and it is preferable to reach Johanesburg by comfortable bus of one of the multiple companies that provide direct connection from Maputo, it is reliable and fast.
