Céline Metz and her partner Jean-Michel are passionate about their 10-hectare estate, and their watchword is sharing! Some of these exceptional wines are matured in traditional foudres, lined up in the venerable Cave de la Dîme dating from 1728. It's a timeless place where you can taste a Riesling Réserve de la Dîme 2019 (rated 91/100 by James Suckling), a Crémant Brut (15/20 - Vinum) or the Muscat Concerto pour Valentin 2015, a "Fabuleuse Gourmandise"! Since 2021, the estate has been certified organic.

This family estate is located in a superb setting between Mont Sainte-Odile and the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle. Heirs of several generations of winegrowers, Claudine and Stève Dresch run their beautiful family estate with brio. All the Alsatian grape varieties are grown on this 8.5 ha estate, including 1 ha on the Winzenberg Grand Cru, a granite terroir where Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer are planted. The vineyard is alternately planted with grass and ploughed every other row, pneumatic press and temperature-controlled fermentation, oak tuns: the house happily combines tradition and modernity. You will enjoy a visit to the cellar, which dates back to the 16th century (1510). The estate produces in particular a dry and mineral Riesling, with a nose of citrus fruits and white flowers, a Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes from a rich and floral clay soil, and Alsace crémants.

Racème kézako: in botany, it's a bunch or inflorescence. Sur la Route des Vins is the name of an estate created in 2015 following on from Domaine Charles Schwartz & Fils. Serge and Peggy Schwartz wanted to perpetuate the work of this 5-generation line of winemaker-growers. The young couple cultivate their estate in an ecologically sound manner, producing fresh, straightforward, easy-drinking wines in 4 ranges: Traditionnels, Grands Crus, Prestiges and Crémants. Muscat Belle Amie is a crisp, delicious treat!

Dominique, Marie-Claude and their son Marc make you discover their wines from their area of 12 hectares in their beautifully flowered masterhouse. White and auxerkings, as well as sylvaner and riesling Grand Cru Winzenberg are highly reputable, and chestnut and coing liqueurs also have strong adherents. Bottle labels can be customized to a wedding, birthday or gift idea. The area also has five very beautiful guest rooms with views of the vineyards: Exotic, romantic, bucolic… They are very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The shop of the estate offers the whole range of wines in the field, as well as spirits, fruit juices and regional products (saucraut, baeckee, foie gras…). Bicycles are offered for hire, a ball field is nearby. A wide range of hiking tours are available to you and those who prefer more gentle walks will enjoy the joyful walks. The area participates in the "Picnic at the Vigneron" operation every Monday of Pentecost. The Meyer family have been winegrowers for a long time: the line currently represented by Pierre-Yves goes back to the ^15th century! At the turn of the 1980s, his father François produced the first Crémants d'Alsace and Grands Crus Winzenberg, the first Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles. Today, with his wife Virginie, Pierre-Yves maintains this high-quality know-how, which is widely celebrated by connoisseurs. His Pinot Gris Sélection de Grains Nobles 2018 has been awarded 2 stars in the Guide Hachette des Vins 2023.

The Domaine Wassler has an interesting variety of terroirs which allows it to produce unique wines with a strong character. Anne, Marc and Matthieu Wassler will be happy to show you their vineyard and their wine cellar with a beautiful row of traditional oak barrels.
