A behind-the-scenes look at chocolate and how it's made. This chocolate factory began life in the stables of the Zotter farm, which has been committed to fair trade since 2004 and certified organic since 2006. Today, Zotter has set up its own cocoa roasting plant. The tour includes a "Cocoa Safari" which takes us to Tanzania and Uganda to discover cocoa cultivation. Then the Choco Tour offers over 40 creative tasting stands and 300 samples to enjoy. Not all of them, though...
