C'est une adresse incontournable de Graz depuis 1569. C'est effectivement la plus ancienne boulangerie de la ville et l'une des plus anciennes d'Autriche. Elle fournissait déjà l'empereur, ce qui lui vaut le titre de boulangerie impériale. Dès que l'on franchit son portail historique et unique en bois, on sent la tradition impériale avec son odeur de pain frais et ses viennoiseries toujours préparées à la main en utilisant les connaissances et l'expérience des siècles passés.
