Since its reopening in 2022 in its historic premises and with one of the most modern museography in the country, the Carinthian Museum allows visitors to discover and understand local history through art and craft objects from prehistory to the present day. The main theme is the transformation of living spaces, ideas and cultures. From the Lindwurm Skull to the Dionysus mosaic, from the Grossglockner relief to the Sword of the Seven Shepherds, from the first traces of human settlement to the Anthropocene, what a journey! Program of conferences and events.
