The town is a member of the small historic towns, preserving its unique character while remaining forward-looking. The neighboring community of Nüziders, with around 5,000 inhabitants, nestles picturesquely in the landscape. Bludenz and Nüziders are ideal destinations for sports and outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous hiking trails, ski slopes and winter activities nearby.
