Situated in a quiet location slightly outside the village of Obertilliach, with a huge garden, a surrounding meadow and the nearby forest, it is a real leisure paradise for young and old. There are countless hiking trails and ski slopes right outside the front door. Just a few steps away is the famous cross-country ski trail along the border between East Tyrol and Carinthia.
