This hotel is part of the "Relais du Silence" network. The chalet is charming, all wood, pretty and typical. The staff go out of their way to please you. The spacious rooms overlook a magnificent landscape. The breakfast is delicious. Choose the half-board option; the cuisine is classic Austrian, but the ambience is well worth the detour. In autumn, prices are very affordable, and this hotel is an excellent stopover on the way to the villages that celebrate the transhumance at the beginning of September.

For years we have been traveling on the winding roads of the Tyrol from the Zugspitze Hotel, which offers a large parking lot. We particularly appreciate the reception, the calm of the rooms that also give the eponymous summit. At Saint-Jean we will have the spectacle of mountain fires, transhumance and when the sky is widely discovered, the excursion to the top of the mountain facing the hotel is a spectacle not to be missed. Breakfast is served in buffet form as well as entries and desserts for dinner. Good cuisine in Austrian tradition that the servers will have you accompanied by a wine of choice. My preference goes to the Grüner Veltliner (white) or to the Blauer Zweigelt (red). We like to go back so much the place is charming.
