STEINTERRASSE

This is the rooftop restaurant of the 4-star Hotel Stein, on the ^7th floor with panoramic views of the castle, the old town and the river, since the hotel is located on the banks of the Salzach. Here, you can enjoy breakfast or just a cup of coffee and take in the panorama. In the evening, it's best to make a reservation, as tables are quickly snapped up, especially those on the outer banks. The wines are of high quality, the dishes few but fair. You pay a little for the view, but it's worth it, especially outside peak hours!
