This establishment owes a lot to its patron founder, Leopold Hawelka, who now leaves, given his age, an officer his very effective team. On the other hand, if a very old man greets you at the entrance, be sure that it is him. His wife is on the grill and the cakes have this flavor that only the house "Mehlspeise" can have, the famous Touche touch in addition. A Viennese myth that can still be touched and tasted in a pleasant wooden decor, enhanced by engravings and sketches of artists who have passed through here.

Pas très loin du palais Holfburg, ce café mérite que l'on s'y arrête car il s'agit d'un café ou les touristes sont rares mais ou les locaux se rendent souvent! Quoi de mieux pour s'immerger dans la vie locale que de sortir des sentiers battus! Une très bonne nourriture et des pâtisseries alléchantes!
