A gourmet address. It's said that the best brunch in town can be enjoyed here, in the heart of the Stadtpark. The chef concocts a light, refined cuisine based on local ingredients selected from the best local producers, and the herbs come from the garden. Dare to try the poached egg with grated goose liver or the sea bream tartar with beet. Formulas are served on small pyramid-shaped platters and never cease to amaze. An impressive cheese platter introduces the equally sumptuous dessert. Reservations recommended.

le Meierei fait pars du grand réstaurant Steiereck. Situé le long d'un petit rivage, dans le Parc de la cité, sert des plats de grande qualité. Prix just pour la qualité.
