MARITIME MUSEUM

This small museum of sailors is easily recognizable by its houses with grass-covered roofs (very popular with photographers, it is easy to see why), preceded by a beautiful statue of a fisherman. Inside, the museum recounts the life of the fishermen of the region and their relationship with the sea. Don't miss the explanations given by the staff, which help to make the place as lively as it is interesting to visit. From the museum, a short path that zigzags through the lava flow leads to the remains of ancient dwellings.
