This former neighborhood brasserie, located in a quiet alley in the center of town, has been serving typically regional cuisine (the menu says it all) since 1910. The combination of ingredients is delicious, because it's done with great skill and a touch of creativity. Everything here is of the highest quality, carefully selected and cooked by Elena, a passionate self-taught chef. Traditional recipes are revisited, without being distorted, to delight your taste buds a little more. You'll even find gluten-free dishes. A real treat.
