Railway station. Located in the northwest of the city, 1 km from the center. Lines: Venice-Padua-Rovigo-Bologna (12 trains/day to Venice, stop also in Mestre); Rovigo-Chioggia (10 trains/day, stop in Adria and Rosolina); Verona-Rovigo (11 connections/day, stop in Fratta Polesine). About one train every hour from Venice, as well as from Padua.

Bus station. Located in front of the train station. A bus company provides connections to Rosolina, Taglio di Po, Porto Tolle and other places in the Po Delta that have no rail service.
