Peter Kulhány, voted best Slovak chef and who trained in a Michelin-starred restaurant in France, runs several restaurants in the city, including this new vegetarian/vegan bistro. Every lunchtime, he offers a soup and three daily menus based on fresh produce. His fine, refined cuisine is unique in Slovakia and stands out from local culinary traditions. Jano, the head chef, and his team produce a perfect copy every day, and since its recent opening, this establishment has not been empty, a reward for their conscientious work.
