In its little Asian-style boui-boui with open kitchen, Edo, of Vietnamese origin, prepares excellent Asian recipes before your eyes. In the 1970s, in communist solidarity, Czechoslovakia at the time welcomed many Vietnamese families fleeing the war, which is why there are still some Vietnamese today (they are more numerous in Prague). This small restaurant is ideal for a change from Slovak cuisine, it offers cheap menus for lunch during the week. It's a good address in the city.
