REŠTAURÁCIA GRAND MATEJ

Located in the Grand Mate Hotel, this restaurant is a good place to visit in the city. It offers fine Slovak cuisine at affordable prices as well as dishes inspired by more international cuisine. This is not so common in Slovakia. Both the food and wine lists are extensive, and the service and setting are pleasant, especially the summer terrace which is open from April to October. For a more traditional and less sophisticated Slovak cuisine, the Matej pension also offers a restaurant at 4 Akademicá Street.
