MONARCHIA RESTAURANT

The Monarchia Restaurant is located in a historic building called the Senensis House, named after the evangelical priest and poet Ján Senensis, who lived here between 1540 and 1580. Carefully renovated in 2013, with an emphasis on preserving its architectural features, it houses a very good restaurant in Banská Štiavnica which, in addition to offering the classic Slovak cuisine, innovates by offering other good dishes for a little variety. We advise you the homemade duck confit, a pure gustatory delight.
