In the grounds of the Tritone Hotel, with its terrace suspended from the cliff, it is the most romantic restaurant in town, the restaurant of lovers. In the evening, the fishermen leave in their boats to catch fish in front of the restaurant. Then the various lanterns transform the Mediterranean into a starry sky. The next day, the most beautiful fish and shellfish end up on the plates, cooked with finesse and served with discretion. The wine cellar offers the largest selection of Italian wines in Praiano and is among the best in Italy.

We had one of our best dinners of our trip at Hotel Tritone. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible with the best views we could have hoped for. The service was some of the greatest I’ve had at any restaurant we’ve ever been to. Everyone was so incredibly attentive, there was never a point where we were looking around for someone to help us with what we needed. Our waiter Rocco was the best! So helpful, kind and patient with us. The food was absolutely amazing, the portions were a great size and the drinks were incredible. Highly highly recommend dining during your stay on the coast!
