Me and my brother’s flight was delayed so we were forced to arrive after check-in time of 8:30 pm. We had booked for 4 nights and would only be losing one of them, we were happy to pay for the night that we would miss but the manager refused to allow us to check in late (despite the booking stating that a late check-in is possible but with an extra charge), and that after 8:30 she would cancel our entire reservation as a ‘no-show’ so we would not be able to stay the entire time and she will likely fill the beds we paid for with other customers. We spoke over text and over the phone, both had poor communication. We requested our previous hostel manager to speak in Italian to ensure there was no language barrier and he was appalled by her communication and management. Due to the short notice and expensive nature of Sorrento, we likely won’t have a place to stay tonight. Never recommend. Worst hospitality experience of my life.

Stayed here as a group of 4 friends. Would recommend as a nice base in Sorrento. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, (they opened the cafe early so one of us could attend an important skype meeting). The rooms clean and cleaned daily, although on the smaller side. We had sound proof windows and blackout curtains as street facing room. €5 breakfast in the restaurant down stairs excellent value and also amazing dinner food/service. Excellent location to main street + train station.

Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quite, simple base for your travels (not a party hostel).

Excelente lugar con un desayuno buenisimo por 5€ mas, la ubicacion buenisima tenes cerca el puerto el centro y la estcion de autobuses y trenes ! El trato increible

Disgraceful I was 10 minutes late and they cancelled my booking and when I tried to call them they told me to speak Italian. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced 0/10

Stayed 4 nights in the double room and it was great, especially for the price. So close to the train station and town centre, plus the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, a little small but it had a private bathroom and a small closed off balcony. No complaints at all!

Terrible experience at this hostel. Rooms are extremely tiny and run down with no common areas or kitchen.

Staff were threatening and unkind. I requested a late check, however no one was there to check me in at 10pm and made me (a solo traveler traveler) wait on the street until someone arrived. they then proceeded to made me pay the late check in fee of 30 euro. I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Destaco sobre todo la atencion de las personas que atienden el lugar. Son demasiado amables y eso no es tan facil de encontrar en otros lugares de la zona. Muy buena limpieza y cercania a la estacion de bus/tren y centro de Sorrento.

Po przeczytaniu niektórych opinii byliśmy bliscy rezygnacji. Na szczęście postanowiliśmy sprawdzić. Pokoje na pewno wymagają odświeżenia. Ale było czysto, codziennie sprzątane. Trudno cokolwiek zarzucić. Śniadania włoskie: rogalik lub slodka bułka, sok pomarańczowy i pyszna kawa. Mariana i Laura zawsze pomocne. Miłe. Pozdrawiam
Lokalizacja. Przy głównej ulicy, więc musi być głośno. Ale w zamian jesteście w centrum. 5 minut do wszystkich atrakcji Sorrento, dworca kolejowego i autobusowego.

Very nice and cosy place. Especially the staff is very nice and friendly! Rooms are clean, with a private bathroom and the location is very close to the center and train/bus stations. Worth to recomend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was just perfect for the price. I stayed with my 2 friends in the private bedroom and it was just perfect. 15 min walk from city center and with and an adorable little café at the bottom. The blonde woman at the front desk was so friendly! I really loved my stay here and would come again in a second!
