Bellevue Syrene is a place I will never forget and hope all future hotels we stay at are run the exact same way. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and we were so impressed by every aspect of the hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with top notch hospitality. The staff became our family. They were so friendly and helpful - it made it hard to leave at the end of our trip! Eduardo, Vanessa, Francesco were among the most friendly and welcoming of the staff with whom we came in contact. If we needed recommendations or car services they were there to help. The breakfast spread was insane. So many delicious options and such an impressive view of the sea from the breakfast room. There was a constant supply of Prosecco, juice, water, and snacks in the lounge. The rooms were spotless and so comfortable. Location to the piazza was a short walk and the views from the hotel were breathtaking. Our sea view room looked straight to Mount Vesuvius. When we return to Sorrento there is no doubt where we will stay again!

Hotel Bellevue Syrene is nothing short of a hidden gem. The hotel overlooks the Bay of Naples and is in short walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes.

The entire hotel personnel is committed to ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. They are welcoming & attentive to detail from the moment you arrive. The entire property is very clean and well taken care of and has many sitting areas for the guests to enjoy including lounging areas with complimentary drinks, snacks etc.

The breakfast was phenomenal with a variety of options including local delicacies, and you can enjoy it while looking over the bay and listening to live piano jazz - which was an absolute treat.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and were not ready to leave. Looking forward to coming back and definitely recommend staying here!

Siamo state all'esterno ,il bar sulla terrazza con una vista mozzafiato. Tutto stupendo, personale super gentile e disponibile. Si può usufruire del bar anche se non si è ospiti dell'albergo, il prezzo è in linea con il luogo e il servizio. Per il sunset è il weekend mi è stato suggerito di prenotare perché spesso non c'è posto

Fuimos en marzo, un grupo de 26 personas, 10 habitaciones. La experiencia fue suprema. Desde el recibimiento, donde nos esperaba una gran pianista tocando musica en el piano del hall y una bienvenida con brindis de prosecco. La ubicacion del hotel es sin dudas la mejor de todo Sorrento con unas vistas que son paradisiacas. Las habitaciones muy buenas donde sin duda el gran fuerte son las vistas. El personal super amigable desde el primero al ultimo. Destaco la excepcional atencion de Sofia quien en todo momento se preocupo porque la estadia de nuestro grupo fuera perfecta de comienzo a fin.

Poder alojarse en Bellevue Syrene es todo lo que está bien. Todos los detalles están cuidados y se presentan al cliente para que su estadía sea única.

A beautiful hotel bar we visited. Amazing scenery and setting. Two cocktails for €37 so a little more pricey, but worth it paying for the view and setting for a special drink.

Beautiful stylish hotel and wedding/event location in the heart of Sorrento. It's location is absolutely wonderful and offers spectacular views right over Sorrento and the bay of Naples.

A gorgeous 50-room hotel in Sorento, Italy,, converted from a 1750 villa built on the foundations of an ancient Roman Villa of the 2nd century owned by the Emperors. Highly recommend this hotel. Every room, hallway, nook and cranny is filled with beautiful art, including a tapestry of The Virgin Mary dated 1870.

If you want to experience the best of Sorrento try this! Hotel Bellevue Syrene. Right from the start to the end of our 4 day stay, the staff were absolutely brilliant. The moment we got out of our taxi our luggage was whisked away and the lovely staff welcomed us. A special mention have to go to Vanessa and Rosa (Tinkerbelle, Ferry not Fairy, please excuse my wife lol) who went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. The restaurant manager and all the staff really need commending. The food is superb, the service first class and the building excelled in cleanliness, comfort, facilities and architecture. Marbel floors, crisp white linen, attentive staff, stunning bars and restaurant views...exactly what we needed and rarely found in today's modern world. We do not know who owns this hotel but please, gather your staff, commend them and say a huge thank you to all from front desk to room teams. Our fiends have already booked for next May and we hope to return in October 2023 again. The location is superb and the whole area beautiful.....strong recommendation for anyone wanting a special hotel.

To start with, the views from the hotel -- from our room, the restaurant, the bar, the patio -- are spectacular. We never tired of looking across the bay to Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. As for the hotel itself, the hotel staff provided some of the best service we have ever experienced -- friendly but highly professional in every way. Everyone from the concierge personnel, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff, and bellmen went out of their way to be helpful. We got great advice on transportation options to Pompeii and Naples, excellent local restaurant recommendations, and directions. The room we had was large and beautiful, with many modern amenities, a large bathroom, and a balcony with a wonderful view. The hotel is in an old building but it is perfectly maintained and simply beautiful. Breakfast is an expansive buffet with a la carte options, served in the hotel restaurant, which has beautiful views of the bay. During a month-long vacation in Europe, the Bellevue Serene stood out as an accommodation and we highly recommend it.
