I have seen so many bad reviews about this hotel, but I recently stayed at this hotel in Monza, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms at this hotel were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The service was top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Monza. You won't be disappointed!"

Room looked nice but the mattress was about 20 years old. Had a terrible nights sleep. Told the reception staff in the morning and they couldn’t care less. AVOID this hotel.

Hotel molto funzionale per la sua posizione. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Pulizia ottima delle camere. 1a colazione con abbondanza di scelte e preparati anche per il senza glutine. Esteticamente le camere singole non son un granché ma pulite e moderne. Prezzo nella media .

Hotel pulito con molte chicche che fanno godere un ottimo soggiorno. Nella camera ce anche sky e frigo bar con annesso il listino prezzi presente nel libricino dei servizi (in molti hotel scopri solo a fine soggiorno il costo effettivo dei prodotti nel frigobar). Inoltre è posizionato a soli 3 minuti a piedi dal centro della città, risulta situato in un punto strategico in quanto per raggiungerlo non sono presenti ztl. Altro vantaggio è la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura molto comodo considerando che Monza ha tutti parcheggi orari. Colazione e caffè sottolineo caffè, molto buoni.

Very small rooms, poor hospitalities, water not free, no slippers, hot water but no tea bags, very poor breakfast.
Narrow and slow elevator, only 20 rooms hotel. BAD STAFF.

Отличная гостиница в шаговой доступности от станции Monza. Номера просторные, средний ремонт. Персонал крайне вежливый. Всегда готовы помочь. Завтраки хорошие и достаточно разнообразны. До центра Монцы всего 5 минут пешком.

Posizione veramente ideale, molto vicino al centro di Monza. Possibilità di parcheggio interno il che fa la differenza. Personale cordiale e molto professionale. Camera superior confortevole ma suggerisco alla housekeeper di fare maggiori e più accurati controlli, il bagno non era impeccabile.

Will never stay here again! We booked for the Grand- Prix weekend 8th-11th Sept, then the grand-prix dates were changed we were still charged grand-prix rates instead of lower price definitely only a 2 star Hotel, rooms small, tiny lift, breakfast was acceptable but definitely not worth what we were charged and no refund for difference was given
