One sits in a stone-vaulted room, an old 17th century barn, to savour well-presented regional specialities (with a clear tendency towards the gastronomic refinement of a great chef) and accompanied by the best local wines. Ein sehr tolles Restaurant! Ein beeindruckendes Kellergewölbe kann einen wundervollen Abend bringen. Es gibt auch vegetarische Gerichte und eine große Weinauswahl. Ich werde hier sicherlich bei Gelegenheit nochmal hingehen!

per concludere in bellezza una vacanza a Bormio non perdete l’occasione di provare ‘al Filò’. racchiuso in una volta di sassi, si trovano piccoli ambienti intimi e privati perfetti per una cena di coppia. personale attento e simpatico, esaustivo nella spiegazione delle pietanze. prodotti di prima qualità, preparati con raffinatezza e di porzioni adeguate. rapporto qualità prezzo coerente con la proposta. ci torneremo!
