Bergamo's tourist office welcomes the visitor just in front of the station's exit.

A curious circular building, a sort of bubble that could be mistaken for a subway station, as well as a bar, the Bergamo tourist office welcomes visitors just in front of the station exit. The numerous (and very busy) staff provide information in several languages. City map, latest information on parking, public transport, accommodation, excursions, guided tours and of course all the city's heritage. There is another office in the Upper Town, on the first floor of the Torre del Gombito.

Nous voulions des renseignements sur la ville et sur la région, notamment sur la région des lacs et nous avons été agréablement surpris de rencontrer un personnel très sympathique et ouvert, de plus une personne parlait correctement le français car notre italien est sommaire!
