A resolutely regionalist inn, with menus in dialect and waitresses in costume. In the lower town, a little outside the tourist circuits, you will meet a clientele of regulars who appreciate the abundant dishes such as the risotto with sausage and red wine, the roast with potatoes and the dessert trolley which always makes its little effect. The four chefs Darwin, Barbara and Alioscha Foglieni and Isabella Plebani pool their know-how to offer us a refined and excellent quality cuisine.

Abbiamo cenato ieri sera in questo ristorante trovato casualmente on line; attratti dal suo menù abbiamo prenotato e tutto è stato un inaspettato viaggio attraverso un ambiente, un'accoglienza, un servizio e un menù straordinari.
Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è sorprendente, tutto è così curato da sentirsi davvero coccolati dall'inizio alla fine, un ricordo indelebile dei piatti ordinati e dell'attenzione al cliente.
Non importano i km che ci separano.. torneremo, eccome se torneremo, l'esperienza vale il viaggio!

Wonderful restaurant we enjoyed last night, where you can try traditional food. All delicious. Complimentary prosecco, and aperitive nibbles served before you order. Wonderful selection of pasta and meat dishes. The 'dessert' cart is in a class of it's own.

Davvero una bella scoperta. Piatti ottimi con materie prima di alta qualità, servizio efficiente e ambiente elegante e cordiale.
Unico consiglio: lavorerei per bilanciare meglio i sapori nei piatti.
