Perfect location in the Piazza delle Erbe, under the arcades of the Palazzo della Ragione, for this address well anchored in the local gastronomic tradition. In the front row to enjoy the architectural beauties of Mantua, without giving in to the tourist traps, you can sit down at the small wooden tables. Cento Rampini keeps the best of the regional tradition on the plate: tortelli mantovani, pike in sauce, baked chicken, sabayon and hazelnut crunch. Very good cellar.

Piatti della tradizione realizzati in modo sublime e ben presentati, bell'ambiente e affaccio sulla stupenda piazza delle Erbe, servizio ricercato. La crema di zucca e gamberi veramente speciale così come il baccalà, anche il budino merita una menzione. Prezzo sopra la media, ma è corretto.

La qualità del cibo è ottima, pulizia, cortesia, tutto bene, unica nota dolente e qui mi rivolgo al titolare: faccia qualcosa per risolvere il problema delle porta d'entrata, perché mi creda di può mangiare bene ma l'aria fredda quando si mangia è fastidiosissima.
