Around the world is a food market created by famous Russian restaurateurs Arkady Novikov, Boris Zarkov and Vladimir Mukhin. Located just a stone's throw from Lubyanka Square, this food market offers you the opportunity to enjoy a gastronomic tour without leaving the ultra-centre of Moscow. There are no less than 35 cafés in the centre where you can enjoy a wide range of products. Our favourite choices are Uzbek Lagman soup and Russian mushroom and potato ravioli. In addition, you can sit down at the craft bar to digest.

A few steps from the Kitai-Gorod metro exit, you arrive on the cobblestones of a food market bustling with people always on the lookout for the latest gastronomic novelty. Its location in the city center explains the great popularity of this place (and even intimate, for Moscow standards), with about thirty cafes installed on three floors. Fish lovers will appreciate the stalls of Omoremore and UhuEli (УхуЕли).

Here is another gasto market that has managed to nestleits 25 corners in an 18th century mansion on Balchug Island, just a few steps from Red Square. The hustle and bustle of Moscow's other food markets is not yet seen here, which helps to preserve the exemplary ownership of the premises and to organize better service. StrEAT is located far from the centre but make no mistake, it is far from being anecdotal. This gastronomic food market two minutes from the Avtozavodskaya metro opened its doors in 2018 and immediately became the capital's gourmet mecca. On weekends it's crowded but you can find any kind of takeaway there. There are about 40 restaurants with Vietnamese, Korean, Italian, Israeli, Nordic, Caucasian, Italian and Nordic cuisines, as well as several bars. It's a good place to enjoy and see all the hipsters of the city.
