Located on the fourth floor of the building that houses the Maritime Museum, this restaurant boasts superb views of the harbour and the city. His chef, Ben Sheeran, develops a generous regional cuisine from the heritage of northern England: ploughman's, scouse, Lancaster beef burger, pudding, and numerous sea celebrations, including the inescapable fish & chips. Afternoon tea in the afternoon. Good value for money.
