CLARENCE GARDENS ^{* * * *}

This small family hotel on the promenade offers excellent value for money to explore Yorkshire at a lower cost from this charming city. The 23 rooms are unpretentious but clean, comfortable and all equipped with a bathroom, a TV and enough to make a hot drink. Some of them have a view of the castle and the sea. There is a cosy lounge-bar for guests and the couple of owners is absolutely adorable.
