If you're looking for pub grub in Bath, you can go to The Raven with your eyes closed. Indeed, this pub is a sure bet! It's a popular establishment with a strong local following. It's spread over two small floors and serves succulent pies with a variety of recipes and careful ingredients. There are also a number of other dishes, such as sausages, and everything is accompanied by excellent local beers, which of course you shouldn't forget to try! An address we really appreciate.

THE CIRCUS RESTAURANT

The Circus is a British brasserie that is winning over locals and tourists alike with its fine dishes drawn directly from the national tradition. Meat from Angus or Herefordshire and fish from Cornwall are just some of the dishes on the menu, which is simple but well mastered, with an option for vegetarians. We appreciate the local origins of the ingredients, which put England in the spotlight. The interior is sober and classy, and the service particularly attentive. The restaurant is located just off the famous Royal Crescent.

Piloted with talent by Robert Clayton since 2012, this excellent cuisine is a must in Bath. Visitors love it just as much as regulars, and it's hard to argue with them. Everything here is done to ensure that fresh, high-quality ingredients enhance the French and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Market fish, mushroom risotto, caramelized duck breast, roast game and traditional fish & chips are just some of the dishes on the menu, which changes with the seasons. We're sure you'll love it!

Menu Gordon Jones is Bath's true gourmet den, so book ahead to avoid disappointment and miss out on the experience. The tasting menu includes 6 courses for lunch and 7 courses for dinner, enough to delight even the most demanding. We advise you not to eat too much the night before if you've decided to visit. The menu changes daily according to the chef's inspiration and the seasons. Great food and a real taste experience! The place to go if you're planning a special event.

Bath's only Michelin-starred restaurant, The Olive Tree, is part of The Queensberry Hotel. Its renowned chef, Chris Cleghorn, prepares top-quality cuisine in an informal style, featuring local and seasonal produce. So you can eat deliciously well and feel right at home. The wine list alone is worth the detour. As for the bar, The Old Q, it will surprise you with its selection of spirits from independent producers. Personalized, international service.

SALLY LUNN’S HISTORIC EATING HOUSE & MUSEUM

British restaurant

The Sally Lunn Bunn is famous not only in Bath, but throughout the south-west of the country. A Bunn is a large loaf of bread (half of which is eaten, either the top or the bottom!) served sweet or savory. This house has been serving its famous Bunns ever since Sally Lunn, a baker who settled here in 1680, fired up her oven. A small museum, open from 10am to 4pm, is also on site. A historic address not to be missed, and a great idea for a snack!

A great discovery in Bath. This gastro-pub, located on the first floor of the Empire Hotel, serves typically British cuisine in a warm atmosphere. And don't miss the delicious Sunday roast with an extended menu.
