THE STILL & WEST

It's hard to imagine a better location than Still & West in Portsmouth, right on the harbor, with a direct view of the Spinnaker Tower and Historic Dockyard from the first floor. The terrace is logically very popular in fine weather, but you can make up for it on the veranda when the weather's not so kind.
