The bubbling waters force a passage through these gorges with a length of 17 km and a 196 m gradient forming a series of falls. The gorges are divided into superior, medium and low gorges. The lower gorges are the scariest of all three. The width in some places above the precipice is about thirty meters. The legend says that a tiger hunted escaped on the shore with a big leap (hence the name).In bad weather, the Tiger gorges are deemed dangerous (and time is quite capricious in these mountains). Sometimes you have to wait several days for the good weather to go out. So plan a few days in your travel schedule if you want trekking in the area.
