The Spring Deer, specialising in Northern China cuisine, has long enjoyed an excellent reputation for its painted duck, apparently one of Hong Kong's best. The grilled lamb is also succulent. All of this is better for many, so don't forget to book.

restaurant immense et bruyant mais ça vaut le détour, c'est excellent. A tester: le fried shredded beef with chili sauce !!! On a adoré.
