El personal, genial. Muy amables, te dejan entrar el coche para dejar las bicis, te explican rutas de ciclismo, te recomiendan actividades. De 10.
Además… la subida al Mont Caro empieza prácticamente ahí… qué más se puede pedir?
- Wifi defectuosa,
- El email de bienvenida hablaba de botellas de agua y cositas para los niños que nos tenian que esperar en la habitacion ; tuvimos que reclamar,
- Grifería en mal estado,
- Armarios en mal estado.
Ademas, era imposible reservar el parking en linea. Cuando llegamos no se ha podido garantizar una plaza durante las 3 noches.
Conozco los hoteles de la marca y fue mi peor expriencia en un SB.
