Quality and Service had slightly dropped since Eurostars took over, It really shows that the company is trying to cut cost.
No replenishment of drinking water in the room. You get 2 for the first day and that's it.
Wifi coverage is so bad, you can only get decent connection on the ground floor.
Breakfast selection had dropped a lot.
You can feel the sourness in some of the newer employees.
The regular bartender and the night shift guy are still good and friendly.
